Pros:
Strong, sturdy, good build quality
Feels stable to sit in

Cons:
-Shape of the chair itself is odd - it sinks in mid-back, then the top piece juts out, which actually pushes your shoulders down, encouraging bad posture if you relax your back....
-I'm 5'9, 160 lbs, it feels like I'd need to have about 50 more lbs to fit correctly. Because of the curvature, I feel like there's a lot of space I'm not filling in. For a larger, shorter person it might support in the right places.
-Leather not as plush or rich looking - plain and flat. Easily passed over.
-Padding is stiff at first - probably meant to support over longer stretches, but can feel like a hard bench at times.
-Came with scuffs and paint chipped off the right armrest - I don't think this happened in transit because it was packed fairly well - not an amazon or UPS fault...

I was a bit nervous about buying a chair blind online since its so important for the chair to be just right to make you productive.

Thankfully it's great - surprisingly soft and comfortable.

However, it could have been better still - the tallest height the chair can get to is still a bit low for me. I also would have preferred the back to lean independently of the base - this is one of those types where the base + back as a whole leans backwards.

Also the only lock position for the chair is when its completely upright - the chair I've used before had 3+ lock positions.

Finally the installation instructions aren't in a great flow like some other chairs - they are a bit awkward and required an external screwdriver.

From just looking at sitting comfort I'd highly recommend it - but still at this price I've used chairs in the past with better locking positions and an independent back.
