They are very sturdy and well made. Easy to put together!! That is a plus when you have 8 to do. Amazon was great about retuning one that had been damaged in shipping. Their customer service is excellent! Great price for a great quaility chair. Didn't realize they required assembly, which wasn't a huge problem for us since we haven't been to busy, but for some it would be a consideration, I'm sure! Two of the 4 chairs we bought from overstock.com were defective- the screws and holes didn't line us. Returned them and bought two from amazon. These were less expensive and went together great!
