I come from the old school when it comes to executive type office chairs. High Back, no pneumatics, etc. But, this chair really changed my mind. It is stong and sturdy with great rollers, excellent pneumatics and good firm feel. It is not fancy with a lot of adjustments, but it is very well designed and executed. Highly Recommended, especially for larger people. Also, the delivery speed was excellent and the customer service was great. This chair is roomier then I expected can handle both me and my girlfriend sitting at in the same time without problems and easily keeps me comfortable for long periods of time. The armrests are well padded as is the rest of the chair. I assembled this chair by myself in about 30 minutes maybe less I wasn't using a stop watch or trying to go extremely fast. If you can get one like I did for around $250 or even a little more it's worth all the money. It took a while to put together, but that's okay. Wasn't overly troublesome I couldn't imagine it being possible to make it any more simple. I think it's comfortable, and I like it. I weigh much less than the maximum capacity and thought it would be able to hold me no problem. Apparently, I was mistaken. The gas lift and seat plate broke after 7 months. I was able to get them replaced for free via their customer support. However, 3 months later it happened again. It appears to be a very weak solder joint. I also had a problem with the headrest falling apart and a small piece of metal poking through the side of the seat. If it weren't for their great customer support I would probably give them a bad rating due to all of this. However, they have been both willing and quick to help me. They have quickly sent me replacement parts every time I have asked without any hassle. |
